Wow. It's been a while since I've had the chance to update this little
project. I’ve got a lot of excuses though...vacation...trip to Switzerland
was awesome...we need to change the name of Boyne Mountain to Boyne
Speed-bump. It pales in comparison to the Swiss Alps.

Ron Bachman wins the 2008 "Keep on Going" competition by a mile!  You may remember my post about Ron back in June. Thanks to all of you who voted! Your vote definitely counted. He was even featured in this week’s Detroit Free Press. Congratulations Ron! Check out the video below for a thank you from Ron.

Another Specs Grad is a big winner too! A big shout out to grad Mike Staff at Mike Staff Productions for being voted Best DJ Service in the WDIV/Click on Detroit "Best of..." competition.

I had to show off here. Thanks to Sheldon Neuman & Jeff Gesler of Joseph Productions for inviting me to check out the Stanley Cup after the Red Wings’ big win. We had a great time. My students & graduates all know of my love of pro sports. Eat your hearts out.

In the immortal words of Bob Dylan, "the times they are a'changin'."  We now have two grads holding the positions of video content directors!  Justin Scicluna at Greater Media (WRIF, WMGC, WCSX) and Roberto Boschian at CBS Radio (WWJ, WXYT AM&FM, WOMC, WVMV, WYCD). Video content at radio stations? Amazing.
